My NEW 2007 XR650R is on order and waiting delivery, so hopefully I'll be playing in these forums.

Do tell. What sort of riding is there in Louisiana?

Louisiana is 95% flat with very few curves, will be mainly to go play out of state with. My buddy has a Husky 610 which leaves me everytime against my 08 Kawasaki Connie. My local dealer located one of the last 07's still in the crate, BUT! I have been waiting over a month for delivery, I have seen one in Florida which is EXACTLY what I want to do to it. With the price of new bike and motard it out I am seriously thinking of cancelling the new one and driving to Florida!!!!

Well, I decided to buy the XRR from Florida, it's fully motard'd out and super quick, I'm lovin it!

You don't really post here so much as link to them. I use Photobucket because it is free and very simple. Let me know if you have problems.

Hey feelerguage, would you mind letting us know what you are paying for your new 07' BRP. I have one I am looking at that is slightly used but I am just curious for comparisons reasons as to what your paying for an 07' that is new. Just curious!

I was getting the runaround from the dealer, so i bought a 2001 XRR instead which was fully motard'd! putting pics up in a min on show us your bike section.

Oh OK I ddin't read the whole post about you getting a motard. So they were running you around as far as price? Did they have a price listed on the bike? And if they were like the dealer I am working with they can never agree, and it always becomes a game of cat and mouse!
