Backwoods, aren't you the guy I talked to at Morrow OHV over Memorial Day weekend (the gal with you guys (she was from Tri-Cities, I think) thought she'd look better with a branch sticking out of her leg)?? If so, how's it going? How is her leg? She was one tough cookie.

Yea, that's right (your rib -I forgot). You guys should have named your site "Campground Carnage." I keep trying to get back over there, but damn, if its not one thing... We're supposed to do a lame, bikeless, camping thing this weekend. I've got my new (to me) XC-F just begging to put the hurt on me and I'll have to wait for some other weekend. Heading down your way this week (Bend actually), for a conference, but no bike. Well, perhaps we could catch up at the OHV area in August or so. I'm thinking I need to go back to Moab in Sept/Oct. Most fun I've had with MC boots on. Hope your rib(s) are healed up).

If you use that photo for an avatar...
You
might call it RED ROOST.
Or take it again and use the clutch to really over rev the rear wheel and spray the outside of the turn.

Those black Excel rims are a nice touch.
Besides the farkle factor, what is the advantage of them vs. the stock wheels?
Dave
No advantage
Just bling. That said, I wish I could land a set of aftermarket hubs! The OEM rims are best. They are very light and they take a beating without breaking. The Team ran OEM wheels for that reason.
But the aftermarket stuff sure looks bitchin!
