My nephew called me tonight. He plays football for the high school I graduated from. He is a Jr and wants to play college and pro.

He plays for Eisenhower High school in Yakima Wash. Last weekend they won game 11. They are undefeated, looking at the State championship.

He called to tell me he was selected to his leagues all star team as a center.

He wants to go to college and play football and study sports medicine after high school.

I got the news of the passing of a good friend this weekend.

Reggie liked anything with 2 wheels. Cruisers, Choppers, Dirt bikes, Crotch Rockets, you name it, if it had 2 wheels he was into it.

About 2 years ago Reggie was diagnosed with a brain tumor. He had surgury to remove it. After the surgury he had some problems but overcame them thru theropy but his health problems forced him to sell his CBR 600.

I talked to him a month ago and he was excited about a new house he was ...

It's finally getting cooler here in Texas and looking nice for some good pig riding weather. I'll be checking in more often.

Here's my summer project... 84' Yamaha RZ350. I bought it new in 84', wrecked it pretty good in 86'. It's been sitting in a garden shed for the last 23 years or so. ...

One thing about Australians is that their hearts and humour are always in the right place and they're not afraid to say what they think!

T.B. Bechtel, a part-time City Councillor from Newcastle, NSW was asked on a local live radio talk show just what he thought of the allegations of torture of the Iraqi prisoners.

His reply prompted his ejection from the studio, but to thunderous applause from the audience.

HIS STATEMENT:

Now before I start a rant Ill say I am speaking from experiance... My Uncle was killed by a Drunk Driver, himself. He drove into a semi truck in 1982. He and his 1965 Nova didnt survive. Yes I drink but never drive afterword. Drink and Drive, it will kill you, period. There is no excuse for it in my book.

Found out today my G/F's nephew is now in trouble. In the news story he is the guy who fled.

It's written in a trashy, "memoir" style, which would make most practicing grammarians drop dead, but I think it really adds to Dobyn's non-fiction story.

I know I know.......The poor XRR hasn't been out in a while. Between the house projects and the Cub the bike has been getting neglected. I'll have it back in the dirt again soon though.

I got a vasectomy.

I met a girl soon afterwards. She was nice and attractive but with a selfish streak that raised a big red flag. She was 32 at the time and I could practically HEAR her biological clock ticking. Regardless, she was a good lay, easy on the eyes, and reasonably good company.

I did NOT tell her about my vasectomy and I always used a condom with her to protect against STDs. She assumed, obviously, ...
