Here's a thought. Change "Latest Topics" to a scrolling chat box and create a non-scrolling "Latest Topics" column.

Chat boxes kinda suck, IMHO, though. I'm still not sure of any significant, useful purpose they serve, but that's just me. A live chat room, though???? Hmmmm.

I like the idea of the chat box moved to the side panel but I have to find the right html code. I don't care for it at the top of the page and can move it to the bottom. I only stuck it up top so that it would be seen. The chat room thing might be to gay of an idea though. I found it today in the forum options and thought what the heck. Feedback is welcome...My thought is that I'll probably get ride of it.

As for the non scrolling topic box...It's growing on me.

Not a huge fan of the Chat box. I could see topics getting discussed/resolved in the chat box instead of in the threads, thats cool but everyone else doesn't benefit from the results like they would if it was posted in the threads.

My thoughts exactly...Doug and I had a little chat yesterday and I could see where good information could be lost and not posted.

I'll deactivate the Chat.
