New Old Look
Well after a few weeks of pondering I have decided to revert my bike completly as much as possible to it's original state.....UK loom coming out along with indicators and Uk headlight and I will be dropping her back to basics....dipped plastic headlight and running rear light, kill switch and the only new feature will be a horn for the MOT. headlight will be removed for MOT and rear light tapped up.
Speedo going as well and will be fitting a trip meter

Are you going to sell her ?
No just fancy a change and I do like the new frills look don't ride after dark so lights are not a problem, the lanes I ride I never see cars so pointless having indicators etc.....
Going to keep the UK spec loom etc and can soon swap her back if I get bored lol, Pauls sending me my old US loom back along with the stator and a US headlight and few others parts I might need.....he's a good lad

YOU just have far too much time on your hands ,
Do you want to sell the left conntrol module ( light switch, indicators switch , horn ) as i dont like the BD unit ( the switches dont have the quality feel if you know what i mean ) and my OEM unit had the indicator control switch broken .

Oh, he's gone bonkers in a minimalist way........ but I like it!
For an Englishman (Welsh, Irish, Scottish, Mannonian, all's English to me) you're not too shabby Maus', and practical too - why carry all that when you don't use any of it?
Now here's 1 thing: sure you got no bobbies lurking around behind hedges with gun-like apparatus there, just waiting for you to make their day so they can write a bit?

Ahh now that's another silly rule it doesn't need to have a speedo for the MOT but it plod stop you they might book you as it's supposed to have a means of showing current speed.. so probably will drop a simple dial speedo on to be safe.
Anyway you get the idea I want to make the bike virtually US stock with as least gadgets as possible.
