Looking for advice
Please
I've purchased a new replacement stator from here
http://www.motoelectrical.co.uk
It's the RM01023 model These are the notes about it
High Output Stator 200 W Honda XR 400 R 1996-2004 XR 650 R 2000-2007 - RM01023

Brand new stator 200 watts
Direct replacement to your original unit
Plug-and-play, direct fit, easy installation.
Highest grade lamination materials
Highest grade copper windings, resistant to 200 degrees Celsius.
Pick up pulsar coil included
Connector included
Rubber grommet included

Specification
Number of wires : 8
Number of plugs : 8
Alternator : Green to White = 0.6 ohms+/-20%
Pick up : Green to Blue = 230 ohms+/-20%
Source : Black/Red to Brown = 100 ohms+/-20%
Before installing your new stator Check the AC output of the stator.
Replace any burned or corroded connectors on stator and regulator/rectifier
Check and repair any melted wiring.
Use hi-temp dielectric grease on all connectors

Our stator may use a different wire color code than your original.
All of the wires are installed in the correct order; please do not change any of the wiring configurations.
This stator is designed as a direct plug-in replacement and should be used as such.

When bolting stator in, always use locking compound.
If our stator includes a pickup coil, always make sure the air gap is correct upon installation; we suggest as close as possible no less than 0.010".

I'm looking at setting it up to feed my 2 x 55w Hella Headlights on a AC Setup, is this easy ? to install onto a standard wiring loom ? I've already got the front and rear lights, with indicators etc, so I'm in a nutshell upgrading my headlights from stock to 2 x 55w units, any diagrams would be gratefully received Thanks

More details here about the item I've purchased
http://www.motoelectrical.co.uk/types/stator-coils-/high-output-stator-200-w-honda-xr-400-r-1996-2004-xr-650-r-2000-2007-rm01023/

In a nutshell, I'm just looking for simple AC Diagram, which runs 2 x 55w lights, indicators, nothing fancy like heated grips, gps etc.
Thanks

Thanks...However that appears to be a DC System, with a battery.

I'm not looking at fitting a battery if possible, however thanks for the input.

it is but i guess you can ignore the dc side.

I guess you can use the north american bikes wiring diagram as a starting point.

I assume you know that the non US models all have AC and separate DC circuits and only the headlight and tail runs on AC.

I don't know if indicators can run on AC so you may need to keep some DC power. Also I believe the horn runs on usually DC.

Would be nice to say hello first but your here now.... Frustrated

If your on stock UK/European wiring then if it's plug an play you will be adding more power to the CDI ignition side....which isn't really needed and looking at the UK wiring diagram looks like there are 2 more windings feeding the rest of the bike ?...crappy pdf and old cannot see where they go....

i believe pink, yellow and white/yellow go to the reg/rec on the standard stator.
