Hello there
I have just fitted new tyres to my talon exel wheels fitted them back to the bike but the disk is hard up against the caliper mount. I may have the spacers round the wrong way but even then there would be minimal clearance.

If they fitted before then there is no reason why even with new tyres they should not fit now ?....have you gone for a wider tyre ?

Yes I am clumsy lol
But still
The clearance between the brake disk bolt is now only 2mm.
Is that right?
Last thing I wanna do is right my bike off

Yes that's right...if you use normal bolts they will hit !!! you need the Honda low profile disc bolts as it comes very close.
