KTM Fan on the BRP Empty KTM Fan on the BRP

Here is the fan I ordered from www.ktm-parts.com, it fits up nicely. I then made a bracket out of Aluminum that I picked up at my local ACE Hardware store. It worked out really good. Still have to wire it up to a switch, but I am waiting for the Rectifier to come in from Baja Designs. Also as you can see I shaved part of the fan so the Acebis tank will fit nicely too without rubbing.

What is the thickness of this setup, I want to measure to see if it would fit with my Clarke 4.3 tank?

I have no clue...I thought I read over on ADVrider that it would not work with the Clark tank, I could be wrong though.

I read that as well which is why I was asking...Didn't know if it was slight enough to heat the tank and push it in a little like mounting the FCR carb or if it required too much. As well I don't know if I believe that it doesn't work since comparing to my stock tank... it doesn't protrude too much (just eye-balling it)

Not specifically for fitting it with that tank. There's a link above in my post with my fan install.

It will not work with an IMS-tanker, my block on a dick - but you didn't ask that.
I know, but just so you know, I dunno the Acerbis but will take Focker & Hodaka's word for it.
This fan's a good idea, you won't regret it.

Tnks,I already have a KTM fan to use and On/Off switch.

I'm planning to activate the fan manualy rather then thermostat control as I'll only be using it in very hot condition and slow speed, like desert slow riding and traffic, for example.

I also use a oil thermostat dip stick to help temperature readings.

Where have you conected the fan for power?

And where to conect the 60csx? Need electric diagram naughty
