Wolfman Toolbag Mounting

I have a quick question for those who have installed the Wolfman rear fender tool bag. Did you mount it so that the long dimension of the bag is across the fender (overlapping on top of the blinkers or inline with the fender, overlapping the rear light? Thanks a lot.

I have mine mounted sideways. I dont have turn signals so no overlapping them.
