what l would like the proper cam shaft installation procedure in part two and proper valve lash adjustment with auto decompresssion cam . l have done my xr 500r no promblem over the years but the xr 650 r a differnet story . But in time l'm sure l will be there. looks like we need to take care of our intake air filtation better

but l won a manual a little while back will help out with my BRP and will for sure help out for your needs as well

How big is the download Mike....as there is a free copy floating about on the net but its just a scanned copy of the book and massive 147MB....if yours is a proper manual and a lot smaller I would love a copy to replace mine...but I don't think 1 exists in true pdf form ?

yeah its large but worth it , for 4.00 $ , l have a copy on paper and one one my lap top and my statioary compauter.One can get a key for it too down load onto ones laptop for the shop . l just got it recently and will be great cant go wrong for 4.00 $$???????????

I have the free pdf version , ( basicaly a photocopy of the original honda manual ) quite big file , and the quality is not great , if your version turns out to be better quality i would apreciate a copy too

Think you have been ripped off, should have asked I could have gave you a free download of the printed/scanned copy   
Me wants the original document...should be about 6MB....my ZX12-R manual is over 600 pages and only 13MB   

my personal emails on this site do not work ??!! , l have sent some out with no replys l just checked my mail and no mail was sent out to any member that l had questions to ask ??!!

the version l found on ebay will work for my needs l can't send a copy as its locked after l delited the orginal . L made my own copy on paper needs lots of ink , but well worth it .
for 4.00 dollars were does one go wrong, the seller has many service manuals which could help some body , l'm a xr type rider

I think that if the quality of the manual is good , its well worth the 4 dollars , if i did not have the free version already i would have no problem to pay 4 dollars for the manual , every XR owner should have one   

parts book free , l'm not sure if on this site  , but l use it for my needs their other out their as well . l think this also a great tool l print out the area l work on so l get it correct

if l could send a copy of the honda manual l received l would ,not a big deal , But l l stated my out mail doesn't work ??. the manual l did get is complete for sure orgianal honda manual for all the xr 650 r . the video at the start of this thread is helpfull as l see the cam is specail and will require a little more atttention which will help me and others in the future. Please post the part 11 when completed

oh one can try to contact me viva my email address on the forum and see if this copy is simular or better , the copy l have uses up a large binder after l printed it out over three hundred pages.

l tryed this link some time back when l got my xr and didn't seem too work for me maybe my computer doesn't have all the upgrades its old but may work for you . l tryed to send a copy of the the one l won on ebay and didn't take

l reading  about our bikes and read about the choke plate items isses , not sure if l should go doo this to my bike or not whats your thoughts
what l read that items can and have fallen into motor from the choke set up ??!!
