Bolts wont come out!

Cant get the bolts out of my rear fender! Those flippin little inserts just spin. Does anybody know how to get them out? I want to take off all the plastics so I can tweek my subframe, as i had a spill and now the subfram is caddywhompus.

You will struggle, as the threads are inserts which are "supposed" to lock into the box section frame...but as you have found out if the bolts seize slightly then they will spin the insert rather than undo. Your stuck with either trying to tighten them up so they re-grip the frame or maybe soak with releasing oil and then use mole grips to pull the bolt outwards whilst trying to undo.
Not the best design but they do work OK if you keep your bolts clean and covered in copper slip.
