2000 Honda XR 650R Video please help

Guys I am in the process of getting ready to purchase this bike, I would greatly appriciate some of you experienced 650r owners to chime in and let me know what you think. I think the bike sounds like it has a little tick to it. it has a stage 2 hotcam and kibblewhite black diamond valves. the rockers were just replaced with OE along with cam chain and gear. also Valves were just adjusted. let me know your thoughts guys. check youre valves again, i think they need some better adjusting

+1 apart from the slight tick she sounds fine to me.....
