OEM parts from the USA

I tried hondaparts-direct.com - now that it is time to pay they are ignoring my emails. They seem to have the best prices though ($420.00)

XRsOnly tried quoting me but their price is the same as I can buy locally ($750.00) and that is before shipping and 15% VAT I will pay on my side - local price $780.00

Which company do you guys suggest to buy my OEM parts?

Trying cyclepartsnation but it is confusing. They have a dealer website that won't sell to me and they have 2 other websites with different pricing to each other??

Regarding Hondaparts-direct - I realize that they could think I was a Nigerian scammer (I am in Africa) but I have given them a contact person at XRsOnly's details for a reference that already shipped me a $1000.00 package!!
