My first XRR is done...full tilt race version

Here is what was done:

Full suspension job shimmed, valved and sprung for my weight.
Everything geared and lube with good moly grease

680 kit
Flywheel weight reduced so motor revs faster...Wow!
11:1 compression
Falicon knife connecting rod
All new bearings
New valves spring cam chain
Special (super secret) stage 3 cam
Edelbrock pumper carb
XR400 CDI...gives 1000 more rpm
Side panel opened up
All the other things used in a motor rebuild.

Barnum's Pro ceramic coated Exhaust
Fluidyne radiators.
4.6 gallon IMS tank
Scott's Steering Dampener
New drive chain
EBC 280 front rotor
Stainless steel fron brake line
High output stator
Baja Designs street legal kit
XR's Only Case Saver and magnetic oil plugs


Probably other things I forgot.


Now the best part, full machine balance! You won't believe how smooth the bike is when riding. No vibration.

The motor just pulls and pulls.

Now first gear with the 14/48 gears is useless. I wiling get 15/47 gears


Note: I cannot take credit for the engine work. Baja 1000 solo winner and bike builder Rob Barnum and his son Tim did the engine work.
