One of the things I've heard is people remove the cross bar on the MX bars to let the bars flex a bit and that helps. But they bend easy when dropped. I run the USD conversion forks so they're kind of rubber mounted but after that ProTaper bars and ProTaper Pillow block grips. The grips cut down on vibration as well. If you're rich look into a set of fasst flexx bars. They're awesome. But spendy.

I have Pro Taper bars on mine and use the black foam type grips, has nearly zero vibes at the bars with that setup

I've heard of guys filling their bars with silicon or urethane, but I have no idea if that would soak up the vibrations or not. I did just buy a set of renthal fatbars without a cross bar and bought protaper bar adapters. I've not installed them yet but if they cut down on the vibrations I'll let you know.
