apparently I don't know how to import a pic ... dumb...sorry

Best bet find a hosting company upload your picture to it....then once it's there copy the address (right click the picture and click properties, then select the long address starting something like http ://i44.servimg.com/u/f44/13/24/01/47/2012ba13.jpg) then click the insert picture on the forum and your done...
