Hello fellow pig owners and riders!

Thunderchild checking in from Texas.

It's cool that you started an XR650R forum, Hodakaguy. Many thanks to you. Very Happy

Does the forum software limit pictures to a certain width? I tried to post a 900X500 something picture, and it was resized smaller than that after the message was saved.

Welcome TC, yes I think images are resized. Can't wait to see your pig.

Hey Thunderchild. Welcome to the forum. Yeah the pictures are automatically re-sized. Because of the format of the forum larger pictures will get clipped so they are limited in size so we can see the whole picture. Focker started this forum, hopefully it will continue to grow and will become a great place to find information on BRP's.

Post up a few pics of your ride.

The forum is set up to view pictures at 640X480. But members can post any size they want...If you post a pic sized at 900X500 we'll see it in the 640X480 format, but if we right click and save the pic to our computers it will be the 900X500 dimension you uploaded.

Thanks for the info, guys. I asked because I saw other threads that had larger pictures and couldn't figure out why mine didn't come out the original size. Anyway... I'll post some pics of my pig.

Sweet looking ride. I'm going to have to get some black rims some day. You have the same tail light assy in that pic that I used to have.

The black was just a rattle can job I did one day when I was bored. Didn't look that good really. It got banged up pretty good with gravel and rocks. It lasted until my next tire change, then I just stripped it off.

Black rims do look good on the XRR though.

They look cool in the pics but I could imagine what the rocks did to it. I'm babysitting a friend's powder coating oven in my garage and have toyed with the thought of shooting mine black. I have come to the conclusion that they too will look chipped and crappy over time.
