The XR head is a little to thin in places so we are going to weld it up first.

Pls post more pics, especially of the 'after' ....
(Edited 1 day later): I wonder to what engine speed you will rev this modified bike, as I see you're going to make the ports flatter, less curved ie normally for very hig-revving engines. There's a good reason why Honda shaped the ports like they have, down-ish rather than sideways.
You're going to force-feed it, blower or turbo? I ask because it seems you will leave the out's largely alone...
