Spokes

Where in UK, USA or SA can I buy spokes for 17" rims on Talon hubs? I think they are 2.5mm or 2.6mm diameter and should be 180mm long. At the moment the rears are 16x 180mm and 16x 190mm but they all seem to tighten down to the same length (170mm to the nipple).

Attached are pics showing the bend in the spokes and also showing how far the nipples tighten down - the nipples almost seem to be bottoming out on the 190mm spokes so I suspect these are incorrect.
