Bornyack - Cutting springs?

I see a link on Bornyack's page for cutting springs - The link does not work - Does anyone have the doc downloaded?
I would like .51 front springs, perhaps if I get .49 which seems to be the hardest available I could cut off 20mm and put in rebound spacers to drop my suspension 20mm - The shorter spring will then have a higher spring rate.
Otherwise if need be cut off 40 and put a 20mm rebound spacer and a 20mm spring spacer.
