jetting help needed

Hi all, ive read so many diffrent opinions on how to jet 650r im confused and need help
My xr has following mods:
high comp piston
port + polish
valve seat work
stage 1 hotcams
brisk plug
full akro pipe
k&n filter
it currently has no side pannel intake holes drilled as ive got some new pannels and plan on doing it
current jetting is 175 and 68s
but when the pannel is opened am i right in putting the 185 main in?
oh yes needle is 3rd clip aswell
any help greatly apreciated
