Is this a after market tank?

Can anyone tell me is this a after market tank in this 2012 xr650L?

So this is the 2012 xr650 L that I'm thinking on getting. I know this is a XRR Fourm but I'd like all your advise. It has 5600 miles never off road and traded in on touring gold wing. Got dealer to 3700. Good price? Can anyone see any after market stuff on there? Looks like the gas tank and back rack. Thanks all please send me a reply. Marine3313

They are an excellent bike and it looks like an after market tank. There's plenty of accessories for them.

Thanks for the reply. I do know one thing... People on here don't reply a lot huh? I mean I see topics with 60-70-223 views and the most replies were like 9. People if you view a post that must mean your kinda interested so why not say a line or two. I'm sure the person who posted it would like to see what people have to say. I know I would. Thanks again. Now come on that's not fair....your topic is called "Is this a after market tank?" so people are going to view it.....then we see a L and think "Huh ?".....I wouldn't know if it's a stock or aftermarket tank ?.....your better off using Thumpertalk forum as they deal with all bikes rather than on here as we only deal with the 650R...hence its called XR650R Forum

I understand Mauser but still I figured were all riders here. I guess I just assumed this is a tight group and even though it's a L I'd still get some replies. I'm talking about a HONDA XR650 L. It's a Honda xr. But this is just my post I know but on others even when talking about their xr650R there are very few replies. When I see some one who's talking about their 650R and they have 300 views but only 9 replies. You have to admit that's pretty sad and most of the time it's between 2-3 people. I'm just ranting and I'm sure I'm gonna make some people mad. All I am trying to say is there are tons of views but only handful of replies. Thanks for your reply and I know maybe my L is not really wanted here I guess I figured wrong. Hope everyone rides safe and have fun. Thanks again.

Still, yes, aftermarket tank, think it's a Clarke tank - def not an Acerbis.

An XRL expert would know which tank that is
The standard XRL comes out with a steel tank and fake radiator shrouds
Take the rack off as well as the complete tail light unit and mount a tail light similar to the XRR and she will look a lot prettier
