Connecting Ricky Startor
I have a Ricky Stotor dual 100wt stator on my 2000 XR650R. It's been great and worked fine since I got it.
Right now I have no spark. I've noticed a pair of wires that look as if they should be together, however, I can't find any literature that describes my situation and I'm reluctant to just plug things together.
When I bought it, although the wiring diagram was a little light, they were pretty good with customer service. However, on this issue, I've left them many phone messages and sent a couple emails and I hear nothing back.
My questions is, should the Red w/black wire coming from the stator connect to the Black w/red wire from the CDI?
I would greatly appreciate any/all info or insight.

Re: Connecting Ricky Startor
No idea!
But, you have no spark, so it's not running....
Why not take the plug out, hang it on the top ie it's grounded, connect those wires and see if it sparks?
