Float height question
Hey, do you guys set the float as per manual at 16mm? I have read that people move it 2mm. Would that make it right at 18mm or 14mm?

Re: Float height question
1 or 2mm MORE works to prevent pissing when leant over on the sidestand.
MORE, not less
It's a good idea to do even when yours behaves fine still, I did it on mine when I was using the std carb.

No the float just maintains the fuel level within the bowl, just a reserve quanity to allow for all throttle positions...obviously full throttle will grab a load .

Yes, if you're anal and measure in nano-furlongs per fortnight..... but No if you're a normal oke who rides bikes
I bet that distinguishing between the two settings with an exhaust-gas analyzer will be fruitless, so do a Nike: Just Do It
