sounds like he has enough business to expand and think about employing an admin assistant part time or something to field the emails.  If he isn't careful he is going to lose the customers he does have and then have no business at all!

I only bought my bike in November and I've already spoken to Paul 3 or 4 times. It's definitely best to phone. He is a totally nice guy and very knowledgable and helpful. I ordered chain and sprockets and got good service. He did explain that he gets 100s of emails and finds it difficult to stay on top of them, so advised me to ring him.
It's a shame if his business is suffering through bad communication, cos he seems to have a good little corner of the market all to himself.
