Spoke replacement

I need to replace a couple of spokes in the rear wheel of the BRP. Both spokes are on the inside of the left side, I've got the nipples off. Question is how do you get them out?

Unlace them ?....might have to take any in front out of the way

Don't understand the Q Wassie, if the nipples are off then just take them out.... however, you obviously will need to strip the wheel of the sprocket if not disc.

The ends on the spokes coming out hit the spoke behind it. I've taken the nipple off that one and moved it around but still no room. What am I missing here

Problem sorted. The damaged spoke had a slight bend in it down close to the hub which wasn't allowing the spoke to clear the spoke behind, a little persuasion did the trick.And like BuRP stated I had to undo the two outer spokes forward of damaged one. Thanks for your interest
