Precision Concepts

I have the Precision Concepts suspension on my BRP. How long should they last? do you have to maintain them? Mine has the red spring in the rear. Anyone now what weight group it is for?

The handbook says the max weight on a XR650R is supposed to be 220 lbs. I weigh 260 lbs. Do I need to be worried about anything? I'm a fairly experienced rider. I can't imagine I could hurt this bike with my weight not including the right foot peg which I will be upgrading to the one with the bracket that you have to drill another hole for or something like that. It makes it bulletproof I'm told.
