Re: rear brake pedal
do remember ballards having both footpeg and brake pedal extensions a while ago, maybe worth a try. Also i get about 300-350 km out of the acerbis tank on the xr,with general open dirt roads, not a great fan of the acerbis tanks shape (bit hard to move up forward when cornering),the aqualine safari tanks seem better.

Re: rear brake pedal
non native speaker
so please try your best British incest Englich for me
stock rear brake pedal is steel
why dont you just bend to where you like
if it is to short simply extend by welding in some flat iron
while you are at it,
weld a big washer to the back no, to the left side,
hmm the side of the tip facing the engine cover,
to provide a bigger surface and less risk of bashing in the engine cover with your own lever
same with your shifter
you also can adjust the height of your rear brake lever
by adjusting the stop bold

Re: rear brake pedal
Why not just put a case protector instead of welding a washer to the back side...LOL

NOT TO BUST YOUR BALL BEARINGS HERE BUT...
Hey man,
I posted the solution to this a LONG time ago on here so before picking on anyone you might do a thorough search. I know the search doesn't work very well but still it's here and I usually post new stuff I run across. Plus, I check the new posts section all the time but don't remember seeing yours or I'd have replied. Don't hesitate to email me directly if you have a ?

Also know that the Team bikes usually file down the teeth on the case side so a bend doesn't dig into the cover.

That's funny!
I will give you some props on the special purple circle comment. Excellent social criticism. They're about as sincere as all the FUs on AdvPoser.
