Re: passenger footrests
Hi I got mine off ebay they were from a CPI SM50 whatever that is, the right side will virtually bolt straight on,I have not made a bracket for the left side yet.
I only paid £7 for both sides including postage.

They are to me the best looking
Jerry's pegs like his rear fender brace are the best fabrication from my POV.

No
Did you get the left one mounted up too? I saw they cost 55USD ... shipping is probably retarded from UK ALSO

Re: passenger footrests
Yes had both mounted...left was a bit poo and not ideal but it was only a test, really needed a fancy bracket making but I only wanted them on for a short while so nuts and bolts and drilled angle did the job....

Re: passenger footrests
Im going to make some that replicate the oem ones, but out of solid steel stock so i can bend them. Sure they will weigh 10lbs, but Im only going to use them a few times a year. Plus, they will be very cheap to make, maybe $25 with bolts.

Re: passenger footrests
errr there are no OEM ones...
I think the xr650r.co.uk ones look the nicest - shame they dont actually have them... now who maintains their website...
so gonna make my own very similar to them.

There is rumours that more stuff will be made soon, please don't forget you can soon spend a £1000 on stuff without breaking a sweat, case savers for instant are not cheap and we need to order 10 at a time to keep the price reasonable...

there were already rumours when I was back in the UK last september....couldn't wait any longer as I have a son that is desperate to go on the back....also I have to be very selective how I spend 'that £1000' and if I can make it myself I need to so I can buy the stuff I can't.

Re: passenger footrests
I have a set, custom made. Came with the bike but I have not checked to see if they fit yet - not much chance of getting my other half on the back of my BRP
