Indicators

Hi guys,
My baby passed her MOT but the tester said the indicators were flashing to fast...so I fitted some 21Watt bulbs in place of the 10Watt which were fitted to my aftermarket indicators...now they work great if the tick over is slightly higher but flash to fast when she ticks over at lower rpm, I am guessing as the voltage drops the current rises and they flash faster, but why I have a UK spec harness so shouldn't be any power issues. Does the same with lights on or off.....any idea's ?

Well done with the mot , as for the indicators , try different flasher unit ( they are cheap to buy ) that should solve it .

Sorted it with higher wattage bulbs... 10w instead of 5w's.
No worries this year as indicators are all gone lol.
