No turn signals/indicators
Hi all
Like some of the other UK owner's I don't have indicators on my piggy.
So the question is do we need to install them if we head over to mainland Europe? Also do we need to change the headlight bulb or do any other "mods" to be allowed to ride there?
Cheers
Andy

Re: No turn signals/indicators
Put them on Apple, minimalist stuff but just working.
Saves you shite and will 'make' your trip/holiday, better than being pulled off and parked. No idea about Blighty but the mainland can be strict, good too I guess.
In my time (let's see, that's the previous century....) if we had to cross the Channel (Chunnel these days ) then masking stickers had to be applied on part of the headlights, to prevent blinding of upcoming traffic.
My guess is put some sticker on (lower half LHS). Who cares if you'll have less light, it's a candle in any case - and I doubt if you'll ride at night? Don't is my advice, unless you want to impress the Peruvian girls on the camping at night during a drunk spree

Re: No turn signals/indicators
we only need to mask the headlight if its not a symmetrical lens (dont know if the xrr is or not)
we dont need indicators or rear view mirrors in the UK if the bike was sold without them, and I am lazy so dont want to install any indicators if I dont have too
