Motard suspension setup

Has anyone on here setup BRP suspension for short track racing before? - Mine is standard and horrific - What springs are you guys using? I am 90kg so am thinking I need at least 11.0 rear and .49 front and probably some work on the shim stacks - Remember guys, this is a motard and not a Dirty Pig

Forgot to mention - Front and rear have been stripped and serviced - No whale snot.

I'd take it to a local boffin Chris, suspension is a trade on its own.

According to Bornyack for my weight I should have 0.45 and 10.0 springs - He only mentions 3 types of riding and motard isn't one of them - Do the spring rates only relate to rider weight and not type of riding?
Would I be correct that the riding type can be tuned by the shim stack and the oil weight (and not the spring rate)?
