Yes it arrived today so I though fork it I''l play with it instead of doing house work...

The factory setting is 19 mm , measure that before you change it , so you will learn the correct way of measuring , it will come set at 19 mm , i have found that in order to get the propper measurement the tilt of the carb had to be bit bigger than 20 degrees , it needs to just touch the pin without pushing it in , not easy but important otherwise you will mess it up .

Yes i already have new cables, but will keep VenHill Engineering in mind for the next time...

The3 TM40 does not need altering the floatlevel to prevent peeing when leaning over on the sidestand, only the std carb needs it sometimes.

MotionPro makes cables Appletjie, got mine from them and they're good. Measure accurately though (I guessed mine, fine though), always helps to get what you need.
