Hey guys/gals, I picked up a 200 XRR last week. First bike in 10 years. My plans are to get it set up as an adventure bike.

Here to learn mostly.BRP smile

The 2000 model has 2 things you should check, being
- the clutch bushing: if it does not have some grooves/intentations on the inside then you need to replace it with the new/updated version
- the countershaft's oilseal (behind the front sprocket) was also updated, no idea how you can check, but I'd say that if your clutch bushing hasn't been renewed yet then put a new seal in it too

Welcome to the Pigsty bru! Bump

On your 'adventure bike' please realize that the flimsy subframe is meant to bounce only your butt off, not to carry luggage let alone hard luggage.
But there's a wealth of info on many things for/of this bike you should know, if only how to start it and how to measure if you've gt the correct oilquantity in it.
Loadsa homework to do, if you love this bike and yourself then go study a bit (read: lot!).
Enjoy, it's all worth it! BRP smile
