XR650R Online Service Manual
Thought this might be a convenient link for this site. Hopefully everyone has a hardcopy of the Shop Manual for the 650R, but if not, here is the link available for download.

Re: XR650R Online Service Manual
If anybody out there has a OWNER'S MANUAL then I'd be interested.
I do have the Service Manual but would like the Owner's manual too, and they do indeed exist - pls share here?

Re: XR650R Online Service Manual
Air cutoff valve bad?
Are the jets and needle OEM Keihin or aftermarket? You must use OEM. Aftermarket manufacture's jets and needles can be all over the place in regard to true size due to crappy manufacturing tolerances. For example, even though it states it is a 68 the true sie could be a 60.
Some bikes like 70 pilot.
So you float is at the proper level?
