I recently purchased a 2000 xr650r she's a little ruff. I paid $825 runs and drives. Leaks oil on the frame near weld leaks coolant radiators bent twisted and cosmetically looks bad. Is worth putting the money into it ?

Welcome to the forum! She might be worth putting money into depending on how much you wanna spend? I would start with the motor first, fixing the leaks doing the standard mods(uncorking) if its not been done, then do the cosmetic stuff later! post some pics there are members on here that will gladly point you in the right direction! 2 thumbs cheers
